Join us for a vibrant demonstration-style cooking class celebrating the fresh flavors of spring with a delicious vegetarian menu.

We’ll start with a light and refreshing Pea and Mint Soup, highlighting the natural sweetness of fresh peas paired with fragrant mint. Next, enjoy a crispy and savory Asparagus Tart, perfect for showcasing one of the season’s best ingredients.

For the main course, we’ll prepare a creamy Spring Vegetable Risotto, packed with bright, seasonal produce and rich, comforting flavors. To finish, indulge in a light and airy Lemon Soufflé, the perfect balance of tart and sweet.

$70 per person (includes recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes)
