Join us for an exciting demonstration-style cooking class in honor of Cinco de Mayo! We’ll begin with Elote (Mexican Street Corn), showcasing the perfect balance of smoky, creamy, and tangy flavors.
Next, dive into the rich and vibrant flavors of Tacos Al Pastor and Chiles en Nogada, where you’ll learn the techniques behind these two classic Mexican dishes. Discover the secrets to perfectly marinated and grilled pork for Tacos Al Pastor, and master the traditional preparation of Chiles en Nogada, featuring a flavorful picadillo filling and creamy walnut sauce.
To finish, enjoy a decadent Tres Leches Cake, a perfectly moist and sweet way to round out the meal.
