Join us for an exciting demonstration-style cooking class where you’ll experience the fresh, vibrant flavors of an Italian springtime meal. We’ll begin with a **Fresh Caprese Salad**, featuring ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil drizzled with balsamic glaze.
Next, dive into **Handmade Pasta Primavera**, where you’ll learn to create fresh pasta paired with seasonal vegetables and a light sauce. We’ll also explore **Osso Buco**, a slow-braised veal dish cooked to perfection with aromatic herbs and wine. To finish, enjoy a classic **Tiramisu**, rich with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and velvety mascarpone.
