Join us for an exciting, hands-on cooking class where you’ll master the art of pie-making from scratch! We’ll begin by preparing our signature pie crust, pâte brisée, showcasing the techniques for creating the perfect buttery, flaky base.
Next, dive into the main focus of the class with savory pies, including a Leek Tart and a Feta and Vegetable Quiche, where you’ll learn how to balance flavors and textures in these crispy, delicious creations. We’ll also explore sweet pies, featuring a Mixed Berry Pie and a Chocolate Cream Pie, teaching you how to craft the ideal filling and finish.
To top it all off, you'll gain the skills to make a variety of pies for any occasion—and you’ll even get to take home an unbaked pie crust to continue your pie-making journey!
