Join us for an exciting demonstration-style cooking class where you’ll master the timeless techniques of French bistro cooking. We’ll begin with **French Onion Soup**, learning how to caramelize onions to perfection and create a rich, flavorful broth.
Next, dive into **French Roast Chicken**, where you’ll discover the art of roasting chicken with herbs and butter for a juicy, tender result. We’ll also prepare **Ratatouille**, a vibrant vegetable dish that pairs beautifully with the main course. To finish, enjoy a luscious **Crème Brûlée**, complete with a perfectly crisp caramelized sugar top.
