Join us for an exciting demonstration-style cooking class where you’ll learn how to prepare a festive Easter feast. We’ll begin with a **Spring Salad with Asparagus and Peas**, showcasing fresh seasonal ingredients and a light vinaigrette.  

Next, dive into a perfectly roasted **Leg of Lamb**, where you’ll discover techniques for achieving tender, flavorful meat. We’ll also prepare **Roasted Potatoes**, crispy and golden to complement the main course. To finish, enjoy a classic **Carrot Cake**, topped with a rich cream cheese frosting.  

Whether you’re preparing for a holiday gathering or simply love seasonal flavors, this class will leave you with the skills and confidence to create an unforgettable Easter meal.  
$70 per person (includes recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes)  
Chilled water provided; BYOB (wine glasses available)
