From the fluffy, savory Char Siu Bao to the sweet, pillowy Cocktail Buns and the flavorful Mu Shu Duck, this class will teach you the secrets to making these popular dishes right in your own kitchen. • Char Siu Bao (Chinese BBQ Pork Buns)
• Potstickers (filled with pork and chicken)

• Mu Shu Duck with cucumber salad, melon and mint, chili oil, and fresh herbs

• Jasmine Tea

• Cocktail Buns (Cha Siu Bao)

Cost of class is $65 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided withthe meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance.
