Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breasts

Bacon-Wrapped Turkey Breasts

Ingredients:

  • 1 (approximately 1.75 lbs) boneless, skinless turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon KitchenAble Seasoning (or salt and pepper, as desired)
  • 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the turkey breast from its packaging, butterfly it, and cut it into 4 equal pieces.
  2. Pour the olive oil into a baking dish. Add the turkey pieces and roll them to coat with the olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly on both sides of each piece of turkey. Top each portion with one sprig of thyme and one sprig of rosemary.
  4. Wrap a strip of bacon around each of the four portions, tucking the ends of the bacon underneath.
  5. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes, or until the turkey registers 165°F at the thickest point of each piece.
  6. Remove from the oven. If desired, turn the oven up to broil and return the turkey to the oven until the bacon is crisp.
