Crispy Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken, cut into nugget-sized pieces
- 1 cup pickle juice
- A few dashes of hot sauce
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 cups crushed crispy rice cereal
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp KitchenAble seasoning
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, pickle juice, and hot sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to marinate.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Drain the marinade from the chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
- In another bowl, whisk together the crushed crispy rice cereal, powdered sugar, KitchenAble seasoning, and smoked paprika.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the butter mixture, then coat it in the dry mixture.
- Place the coated chicken pieces side-by-side on the prepared sheet pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
