Crispy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken, cut into nugget-sized pieces
  • 1 cup pickle juice
  • A few dashes of hot sauce
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 cups crushed crispy rice cereal
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp KitchenAble seasoning
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, pickle juice, and hot sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to marinate.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Drain the marinade from the chicken.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the crushed crispy rice cereal, powdered sugar, KitchenAble seasoning, and smoked paprika.
  6. Dip each piece of chicken into the butter mixture, then coat it in the dry mixture.
  7. Place the coated chicken pieces side-by-side on the prepared sheet pan.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
