Join us for an exciting demonstration-style cooking class where you’ll discover the vibrant and aromatic flavors of Persian cuisine. We’ll begin with Fesenjan, a rich chicken stew made with pomegranate and walnuts, showcasing the balance of sweet and savory flavors. Next, dive into the main focus of the class with Sabzi Polo, a fragrant herbed rice that’s the perfect accompaniment to the stew, and Kuku Sabzi, a delicious herb frittata that’s packed with fresh greens and spices. To finish, enjoy a slice of Persian Love Cake, a delightful dessert made with almond flour, pistachios, and rose water, leaving your taste buds with a fragrant floral finish.
