Join us for a demonstration-style cooking class where you’ll explore the bold, vibrant flavors of New Orleans. We’ll begin with a Fried Oyster Salad with Remoulade Dressing, showcasing the perfect balance of crispy oysters and tangy remoulade.


Next, dive into the heart of Mardi Gras cuisine with Shrimp Étouffée, where you’ll learn how to make a rich, flavorful sauce and master the technique of cooking shrimp to perfection. We’ll also explore Skillet Cornbread, the perfect accompaniment to soak up all the delicious flavors. To finish, enjoy Bananas Foster on Ice Cream, a sweet and indulgent treat to end your meal on a high note.
